Refund Policy

Online Courses:

Full refund per registrant with an emailed notice received no later than 48 hours prior to the online presentation start time. If a discount was given at the time of registration for purchasing multiple webinars at one time, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. No refund will be given after that date. You can either transfer into another webinar of your choosing or receive a 2 year credit for a future seminar/webinar that will be issued in the name of the non-attending registrant. By registering for this webinar, you agree to the terms of this policy. Two-Year Credit given is a one-time courtesy. No additional credit will be given for non-attendance when your credit is used.

In Person Seminars/Events:

To cancel your registration, please send an email to info@concordseminars.com with your name, location, and date of the seminar. Full refund less a $50 non-refundable deposit with an email request no later than 1 week prior to the seminar date (please see brochure for exact date). No refund will be given after that date; A two-year credit (with $50 admin. fee) for another course will be issued. By registering for this seminar, you agree to the terms of this policy. Two-Year Credit given is a one-time courtesy. No additional credit will be given for non-attendance when your credit is used.

COVID-19 POLICY: This in-person seminar will adhere to all current local COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of all guests. In the event that a seminar cannot occur due to COVID-19 group gathering restrictions, we will hold the seminar virtually through Zoom (dates may be combined to a single day). If you do not wish to attend the Zoom live presentation, a full refund may be requested. Full refunds are only applicable if Concord Dental Seminars cancels the in-person event as a result of COVID-19 related travel or gathering restrictions.

On Demand Courses:

For on demand courses, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
